We just bought our first house, and Leif was a huge part of this. As we have learned, you rely on a series of key people throughout the process such as lawyers, bankers, insurance agents, home inspectors, but at the end of the day it is your Realtor who spends the most time with you, sweating it out on multiple Saturdays and evenings, putting offers together, negotiating with sellers and their agents, valuing the properties, and in Leif’s case even helping us determine the cost of potential renovations. Leif couldn’t have helped us more. He was professional, experienced, patient, and really easy to work with. His experience as a former contractor was especially handy, giving us his real time insights on the feasibility and cost of upgrades and renovations, as well as the overall quality of the houses we put offers on. This is especially helpful in Toronto, where in many cases there are multiple bidding situations that don’t necessarily allow much leeway when it comes to home inspections. It is obvious he is incredibly passionate about helping young couples like us find houses, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with him and referring him to all of our friends who are entering the market!
